Omunchle ("we," "our," or "us") operates a browser-based 1v1 tongue-speed competition at this website. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

1. Camera and Video Processing

Omunchle uses MediaPipe FaceMesh, a WebAssembly library that runs entirely inside your browser, to track tongue movement during matches and Practice Mode. All landmark analysis happens locally on your device — no video frames, facial images, or biometric data are transmitted to our servers. We do not store faceprints, facial templates, or any image derived from your camera.

During a live match, your video stream is sent directly to your opponent via a WebRTC peer-to-peer connection facilitated by public STUN servers. Omunchle's servers act only as a signalling intermediary and do not receive, record, or store your video stream.

2. Account Information

You may play as a guest without providing any personal information. Guest accounts are identified by a randomly-generated anonymous display name and a session token stored in your browser's local storage.

If you sign in with Google, we receive your Google account name and use it as your display name. We do not use your email address for any purpose beyond account identification, and we do not share it with third parties.

We store the following account data on our servers:

• Display name
• ELO rating and match history (wins, losses, ties, games played)
• Account type (guest or Google-authenticated)
• Session tokens (held in server memory; reset when the server restarts)

3. Browser Local Storage

We store the following in your browser's local storage:

• Your session token, used to restore your account automatically on return visits
• A boolean flag recording that you have confirmed you are 18 or older

We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies.

4. Server Logs

Like all web servers, ours may log IP addresses, request timestamps, and HTTP metadata as part of normal operation. These logs are used only for debugging and security purposes, retained for up to 30 days, and are never used for advertising or tracking.

5. Age Restriction

Omunchle is an 18+ service due to the live-video nature of matches. We ask you to self-certify your age before entering. This is not government ID verification. If we have reason to believe a user is under 18 we will terminate their account.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

Guest account data may be deleted at our discretion, particularly for inactive accounts. Registered (Google-authenticated) accounts are retained until you request deletion. To request deletion of your data, email privacy@omunchle.com.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction:

• GDPR / UK: You have the right to access, correct, delete, and port your personal data.
• California (CCPA/CPRA): You have the right to know what data we hold, to request deletion, and to opt out of sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information.

8. Children's Privacy

Omunchle is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor is using the service, contact privacy@omunchle.com and we will promptly investigate.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
